Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

The PartyPop Launch Pass is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD that unlocks a single party. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

How to request a refund

Our order process and all refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address and order reference from your receipt, or email us at support@partypopgames.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within five to ten business days of approval.

Paddle’s own refund terms apply alongside this policy and are available in the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.

Common reasons we refund

• The room would not open or your guests could not join.
• You were charged twice for the same party.
• You bought a pass by mistake.
• You simply changed your mind within the 30-day window.

Good to know

Once a pass is refunded, the party it unlocked is locked again and its room code and QR code stop working for guests. You can preview, edit, delete or regenerate any question before you launch a party, so please review your game first — that way your guests get the party you wanted.

Test payments

While our store is in test mode no real money changes hands, so there is nothing to refund for test orders.
